Offices and teams, mostly. Friday treats, welcome boxes for new starters, the week the whole team hit target. Then there’s gifting for clients and partners, where a box of four stuffed cookies with a note tends to land better than another bottle of something. And events: conferences, open days, Christmas parties, anywhere a dessert table needs filling with something people will actually photograph.

Our one-flavour boxes of four start at £20 and cover more than twenty flavours, from Chocolate Chip and Red Velvet to the Biscoffinator, Chocolate Chip Nutella and Ferrero Rocher. Build A Box lets you mix four flavours in one box. For sharing, the Cookie Bucket & Dips (from £15) does the job. And if you’d rather let people choose for themselves, e-gift cards start at £10 and arrive by email, which is handy for a last-minute thank you.
A few things worth knowing before you circulate the order form. Nearly all of our cookies are vegetarian (M&M’s and Piñata are the exceptions). We bake vegan flavours too, marked as Vegan in the shop. Nothing we make is gluten-free, everything is alcohol-free, and our kitchen handles nuts. Full allergen details are on every product page.
Email help@dolliescookies.co.uk with your company name, the quantity you’re after, the delivery location (or locations), your preferred delivery date, and any special requirements, such as a particular mix of flavours, a message to include, or dietary notes for the team. Weddings, parties and other events are covered too: send us the event type, rough guest numbers, location and date.
We’ll confirm whether your date works and come back with options and a price. Then we bake to order on the agreed day and dispatch by DPD next day delivery anywhere in the UK, with a one-hour delivery slot on the day so the box isn’t left sitting in reception. If you’re local to Leicester, you can collect from our production unit instead.
The more notice you can give us, the better, especially in November and December when the ovens are already busy.
If you’re reading this in autumn, now is the time. Our last pre-Christmas dispatch days fill up quickly and bulk orders need to be booked in ahead of them. Flavours like Milk Chocolate Orange, White Chocolate Cranberry and the cinnamon-spiced Biscoffinator feel properly festive without needing tinsel.
